You can download your half-hourly backing data directly from the portal - it sits right alongside your invoices.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to your tem portal.
Click Payments in the left-hand menu.
Select the invoice you’d like to view - a panel will open on the right side of your screen.
At the bottom of that panel, click Download backing data.
A CSV file will download with the half-hourly data for that month.
