What details do you need from me to pay for my ROCs or REGOs?

Before we can pay you for the certificates you transfer, we match your generating station on the Ofgem register to your site with us. To do that, we need three details from your Ofgem RER (Renewable Electricity Register) account, which you can add in the tem portal:

  • Organisation Reference: The unique code Ofgem gives your organisation on its register. It starts with "PAR" followed by a string of numbers. This identifies your business, not one particular site.

  • Organisation Name: The name your business is registered under on the Ofgem register. This is whatever Ofgem has on file for your organisation. It may be your full legal company name rather than the trading name you usually go by, so copy it as Ofgem shows it.

  • Station Name: The name Ofgem uses for your generating station. One station can cover more than one meter (MPAN), so it names the whole station, not an individual meter. If more than one station is associated with the same MPAN, enter each station name in this field, separated by a semicolon — for example: Station A; Station B; Station C.

Enter them exactly as they appear on the Ofgem portal. Once they're saved, your certificate payments run without delay. Until we have them, we're unable to release payment for your certificates.
