You’ve got options for logging in. You can reset your password if you've logged into the portal before, or skip it altogether by using a login link - it’s quick, secure, and works anytime you need access.
Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: Enter your email address on the login page and click ‘Email login link’.
Step 2: You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know the link has been sent.
Step 3:Check your inbox for an email from us - then click ‘Log in’ in that email to go straight into the portal.
If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder, just in case.
