If your contract includes Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROCs), you'll need to transfer them to us through the Ofgem portal ahead of Ofgem's annual compliance deadline.
Before your first transfer, make sure your Ofgem RER details — Organisation Reference, Organisation Name and Station Name — are saved against your site in the tem portal. We use these to match your certificates to your site, and we can't release payment without them.
Transfer your ROCs using our Company Reference Code: PAR0003840. Once we receive them, we create a self-billing invoice. tem passes through a percentage of the ROC buy out and recycled value. See your contract for exact values. Payment is made once the certificates are received.
