In most cases, your P442 benefit will continue for the length of your RED contract.
It may change or end if:
Your RED contract ends and isn’t renewed
You choose not to agree to required scheme updates (for example, if businesses linked to your generation change)
Your generation changes materially from what was expected
Industry rules around P442 change
